MILWAUKEE POWER UP REWARDS
The Brief:
Develop an incentive program to stimulate reseller sales staff to sell Milwaukee Power Tool products and accessories and to strengthen product loyalty
The Solution:
An online, points based rewards program using offline points collection facilities allowing for data capture and progressive points tallies. This concept was successfully implemented over a three year period

ZODIAC FREESTYLE REWARDS
The Brief:
To incentivise pool store Sales Assistants to promote and sell the Zodiac range of products and chemicals
The Solution:
Over two Summer periods a user-friendly rewards program was implemented where sales assistants could lodge proof of sale which was converted into reward points, loaded to the site to be used to redeem reward items

CLEAN UP WITH VAX
The Brief:
Deliver more sales of the VAX higher priced vacuum range in selected reseller outlets
The Solution:
Free offer of VAX handheld vacuum cleaner was offered with selected VAX vc purchases. A promo kit format was designed for each store to ensure that participating outlets received display material. Data capture, POP qualification and fulfilment of the free product was incorporated

HALL OF FAME
The Brief:
Create a MEBA 'Hall of Fame' featuring 80 Inductees incorporating a reunion of players and officials
The Solution:
Designed and generated full colour plaques of each Inductee, incorporated into custom display units for mounting in the 'Hall Of Fame'. POS and invitations were produced for the reunion

CONTINENTAL TYRES
The Brief:
To maximise sales of Continental 4WD tyres through Tyres4U outlets
The Solution:
Trade based incentive program offering a range of appealing products and merchandise featured on a website. Using sales data supplied by client, reward items were dispatched to eligible participants

MILWAUKEE RED RULES
The Brief:
Maximise in-store Tradie Milwaukee purchases
The Solution:
The banner of 'Red Rules', was used over three consecutive promotions. A packaged promotion involving a $250,000 prize pool. Instant win game cards, POS and merchandise was created and for each store level. Supporting this was a prize incentive for the best display and cash prizes for sales staff

UP&GO
The Brief:
Introduce UP&GO as a breakfast sale item in school canteens
The Solution:
A sampling program was introduced using our call centre where schools in NSW were contacted and offered sample packs with a view of the canteen then stocking the product. To incentivise participation, UP&GO merchandise was distributed based on stock uptake

SEBASTIAN PROFESSIONAL
The Brief:
Stimulate sales of Sebastian Professional in salons, incentivise stylists to generate uptake of salon services using Sebastian Professional. Motivate clients to ask for Sebastian Professional
The Solution:
A two-tier promotional structure rewarding the client and stylist in each State and New Zealand with the chance to win a 'Live On The Edge' $2000 shopping spree and support prizes

ROBERTS VIRBAC
The Brief:
Implement a promotion for Roberts' stores and outfield sales to farmers
The Solution:
Participating stores received promotional kits containing prizes, scratch-off game cards, POS and Store Manual. Regional sales people received scratch-off cards. Prize winners claims were validated and their prizes dispatched, plus all participants qualified for a prize draw element

ZODIAC SUMMER CAMPAIGN
The Brief:
Support the launch of the 'Happy Healthy Pools' program and stimulate in-store sales
The Solution:
Trade and Consumer based program involving scratch off cards and leaflets with unique codes for online entry. Stores received promo kits with support merchandise so they could reward winners on the spot. Incorporated a draw where entrants could select a holiday of their choice. Sales staff shared in a cash prize pool

BOAGS PUB CRAWL
The Brief:
To support the 'Reservists' campaign and engage young male adult demographic
The Solution:
An interactive, animated boot camp style obstacle course digital game was created offering prizes, challenges and score boards

SKYCITY
The Brief:
Drive on-premise purchases during Easter period at SkyCity Darwin
The Solution:
A crack-open game card was designed and full game production undertaken, including prize programming, prize seeding and verification systems, specific packaging and dispatch

VICTA SUMMER OF CRICKET
The Brief:
Design and implement a promotion to complement the mainstream cricket themed advertising campaign
The Solution:
An online promotion involving POP qualification awarding daily cricket merchandise prizes. Trade and consumer elements involved. Prepare and dispatch promo kits to stores. A separate scratch n' win promotion was implemented through Victa 'Gold' retailers

WELLA ILLUMINA COLOR RANGE
The Brief:
Promotion required to support the launch and new imagery for Wella 'Illumina Color' salon range
The Solution:
Design full promotional package, including entry forms, in-salon POS and distribute to participating salons in Australia and New Zealand, manage prize procurement, fulfilment and provide data capture

MILWAUKEE REDEMPTION OFFERS
The Brief:
Incentivise Tradies to use the Milwaukee catalogue to purchase power tools and accessories from approved outlets
The Solution:
Free offer redemption program was implemented involving the purchase of selective Milwaukee products with a secondary element offering $6,000 worth of tools to 20 tradies

WELLA I-REWARDS
The Brief:
Provide Wella Sales Reps with a digital reward program to drive sales through hair salons based on the salons' level of purchases
The Solution:
An online program where reps could log-on and use their reward budget allocation to choose products for eligible stylist clients over a 12 month period based on salons reaching tiered sales levels.

SMITH'S SNACKFOODS
The Brief:
To introduce a major promotion to maximise sales of snackfood products through a sponsorship with 'Home & Away' and a tie in with the Seven network & TV Week.
The Solution:
The Smith's 'Million Dollar Dig' was conceived to link with Home & Away's location of Palm Beach. A special promotional card featuring three entry mechanics was created: Instant Win where thousands of prizes were offered: Seven Network element involving nightly holiday prize. Entry was via a match n win promo element. With over 600,000 entries this was a profit centre for Seven: A draw element offering the chance to win $1,000,000 was run on a website created for this promotion.
The first two months of the promotion delivered a 25% increase in sales!

HEATCRAFT 'GAS 2 GO'
The Brief:
Introduce a 'user-friendly' promotion to reflect Heatcraft's investment in motor racing where prize winners could be rewarded on-the-spot supported by a cost-effective impacting trade promotion
The Solution:
An impacting promotion using a scratch off card format offering Gas2Go merchandise prizes. To highlight Heatcraft's link with motor racing, life-size standees of their key driver were supplied to outlets. They also received POS, prizes & promo instructions. Support prizes included a VIP racing experience. The major prize included a chance to win $100,000 in an insured prize promotion to be held at Darwin to coincide with a major motor racing event.
The $100,000 was won by the finalist!
